Chile won the “South America’s Leading Adventure Tourism Destination” award at the World Travel Awards 2020 for the sixth consecutive year and also the prize as “South America´s Leading Nature Destination” for the second time. In these categories, the titles were even defended on an international level.
Chile is already since 2016 the world’s leading adventure tourism destination!
The title as the most romantic destination (Atacama Desert) in South America was also maintained by our beautiful country.
At this year’s edition of the “Tourism Oscar”, Chile also won for the first time the prize for “South America’s Leading Destination” and, with Santiago, the title of “South America’s Leading Festival & Event Destination”.
