The Ultramar Hotel is located in the heart of the Valparaíso district included in the UNESCO Cultural World Heritage list of 2003. From the outside, nothing betrays the fact that visitors can expect a modern designer hotel within. The mansion was built in the Italian style in 1907, and contains 17 tastefully painted rooms, each with its own unique interior. The minimalist cafeteria on the first floor regularly hosts art exhibitions and cultural events. A highlight of the hotel is the spectacular view of Valparaíso’s bay and port from the terrace.
