Reino Fungi Lodge *****

Inspired by the park’s countless indigenous mushroom species, Huilo-Huilo Bio-Reserve, has another fabulous accommodations option, built in the shape of a giant mushroom. The Reino Fungi’s ten standard and twelve superior rooms are spread over three floors. Each room offers a private balcony with a beautiful view of the southern Chilean rainforest; some rooms can be interconnected. Natural light suffuses through the building via an air shaft, with natural materials and furnishings creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. A restaurant, bar and spa are located in the nearby Nothofagus Hotel & Spa, with covered passageways allowing guests to move easily from one building to the other while keeping their feet dry.
