Hotel Altiplanico Bellas Artes to open in March

The renowned “Altiplanico” hotel chain is soon to open its fifth hotel: the “Altiplanico Bellas Artes”. This upscale hotel will be located next to the Parque Forestal and the Museo de Bellas Artes in the heart of Santiago, with many tourist sights within walking distance, including the artistic, trendy neighbourhoods of Lastarria and Bellavista.

The hotel is situated in an historic four-story building, whose facade gives no hint of the modern interior: guests will be pleasantly surprised by the clean lines of the design and the minimalistic decor, while a common fireplace-equipped sitting room adds a touch of comfortable hominess. Computers are provided for the guests, as well. The 24 guest rooms are bright and spacious, and leave nothing to be desired. And we think that after an eventful day in Chile’s busy capital, the Honesty Bar will be just the right place to linger for a drink.
