It is awarded to service providers who follow sustainable practices, to help strengthen their profile and raise environmental awareness in Chile’s tourism industry.
Both hotels focus on increasing awareness among guests and staff, recycling, waste prevention, energy- and water-saving measures, as well as the purchase of local products in order to avoid long transportation and to support local providers.
