Palacio Astoreca is a magnificent townhouse built by a wealthy merchant for his English wife in 1923. It is located in the heart of this UNESCO heritage city on Cerro Alegre hill. Each of the 23 luxury guest rooms has been distinctively decorated using local artisanal craftwork, with each featuring customized modern beds and a stunning view of the wide bay or colourful hills. The hotel also beautifully incorporates restored early 20th-Century furniture, original parquet floors, and old hand-painted tiles.
The Alegre Restaurant offers outstanding cuisine with sea views, and is open to both hotel guests and the public.
